1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Freelance Pass website or engaging our consultancy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. About Freelance Pass

Freelance Pass is an independent private consultancy registered in the United Arab Emirates. We provide professional consultancy services to assist individuals with UAE freelance business applications, residency processing, and related business setup services. Freelance Pass is not a government agency or a free zone authority, and does not act on behalf of any UAE government entity.

3. Services

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• UAE freelance business application consultancy
• UAE residency processing assistance
• Emirates ID and medical coordination
• UAE mainland business setup
• Business bank account referral and assistance
• P.O. Box and office address provision

All services are provided subject to the eligibility criteria of the relevant UAE free zone or government authority.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and truthful documentation
• Responding to communications from our team in a timely manner
• Attending all required appointments (medical, biometric, etc.)
• Complying with all applicable UAE laws and regulations
• Ensuring your eligibility for the requested service prior to engagement

Freelance Pass accepts no liability for delays, rejections, or additional costs arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

5. Fees and Payment

All service fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of the Freelance Pass professional consultancy fee and the applicable government and free zone authority charges. Full payment or an agreed deposit is required to initiate the application process. All prices are subject to change without notice, though any confirmed quote will be honored for 14 days from the date of issue.

6. No Guarantee of Approval

While Freelance Pass will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure a successful application outcome, we do not and cannot guarantee approval by any UAE government authority or free zone. Approval decisions rest solely with the relevant authority. Freelance Pass shall not be held liable for any application rejection by a UAE government body or free zone authority.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent verified by UAE law, Freelance Pass's total liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client for the specific service in question. Freelance Pass shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or website.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Freelance Pass website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the intellectual property of Freelance Pass and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

10. Amendments

Freelance Pass reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms
